Control narratives, point lists, zone schedules and functional test sheets are organized around room names used by the construction team. IES or LDT files describe luminaire distribution; they do not prove sensor coverage or completed control behavior, so those checks remain separate.
For representative rooms, the verification record notes the installed driver, control interface, sensor location, furnished condition and measured response. That evidence helps a later technician distinguish a failed device from a changed setting or an assumption that was never commissioned.
